The 2.0 TFSI engine in the Audi TT Roadster

Generating 169 kW (230 bhp) and 370 Nm of peak torque, the 2.0 TFSI whisks the TT Roadster from 0 to 100 km/h in 5.6 seconds. And with an average fuel consumption of just 6.2 litres per 100 km, it stands out for its exemplary efficiency too. It goes on to reach an electronically governed top speed of 250 km/h. The TT Roadster comes equipped as standard with a six-speed manual transmission as well as the start-stop system. 6-speed S tronic, quattro® permanent all-wheel drive and Audi drive select are all available as optional extras.

quattro® – permanent power to all four wheels

The quattro permanent all-wheel-drive system underwent complete redevelopment for the TT range, and has now been incorporated into the Audi drive select driving dynamics control system for the first time. The electrohydraulic multi-plate clutch splits the drive power between the front and rear wheels to optimum effect while factoring in the driving state, road conditions and driver type. The result is a whole new level of driving pleasure combined with safety.

With S tronic® the savings are two-fold: time and energy

The 6‑speed S tronic dual-clutch transmission not only combines two gearboxes in one, but also sportiness and efficiency. The high level of efficiency and the rapid gear changes deliver even greater driving pleasure.
